All our jewellery is meticulously handmade from scratch, using the highest quality materials. Each piece is crafted to order with love and care. Processing and creating your order may take up to 3 working days. You will be notified once your item has been dispatched.
For custom orders, processing and creation can take up to 21 working days, depending on your specific requirements and the availability of selected materials. We will maintain communication throughout the process and inform you when your items are ready for your confirmation before dispatch.

International Shipping (CY, UK, EU, USA)
- UPS / DHL Standard Shipping: Approximately 8-11 working days.

Additional Information
Transit times to some remote areas or islands may be longer. While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery may be affected by events beyond our control. In such cases, we are not responsible for any delays.
F ZEEN BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
Deliveries to some countries may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These charges are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. As the recipient, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. These charges will not be refunded in the event of a return.
We cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking details and estimated delivery times.
We strongly advise reading our Store Policy before placing any order.

RETURNS
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days after the receipt of the order. A refund of the value of the Product will be made or an exchange for the same Product in a different size or colour based on availability.
Please email boutique@fzeenretreats.com including your order number, your name and which item/s you would like to return. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm. Send us the details of the company that you will use to carry out the return (at your own cost) and send us the tracking number so that we can monitor its progress. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the item and, if everything is ok, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
If you wish to exchange your Product for the same item in a different size or colour, please contact us at boutique@fzeenretreats.com or call us on +30 26710 31419 to reserve the correct size or colour, if available. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will ship the new item/s.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the order for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
We will process refunds for returned orders as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product back from you. We will refund you for returned orders by the method originally used by you to pay for the order or this Contract (such as PayPal, debit or credit card). If you used vouchers to pay for the Product we will refund you in vouchers.
For replacement Products within the EU, delivery is free for consumers. Outside the EU, you are responsible for delivery charges and any applicable import duties or taxes.
