  • Where is the boutique shop located?
The boutique shop is located INSIDE F ZEEN RETREAT in Kefalonia, Greece. It is open only for the retreat guests to visit.
  • Are the products really handmade in Greece?
Yes, all our products are handmade in Greece using traditional techniques and local materials.
  • What is the jewellery made out of?
We use the highest quality materials possible. Most of the pieces are made from silver, semi-precious crystals, and pearls. Everything is 100% handmade in Greece. The silver items are crafted using the traditional wax mold technique. Wherever possible, we source our materials from Greece.
  • Why does my bracelet or necklace feel very tight when I slide it open or closed?
To prolong the life of each piece of jewellery made with waxed thread, the connection is made as tight as possible. This can make it difficult to open and close during the first few uses. However, it will loosen over time and become easier to operate.
  • How can I check the sizes?
Sizing information for each product is included in the product descriptions to ensure you find the item that’s right for you.
  • How do I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the quality and appearance of your jewellery, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or excessive moisture. Clean your pieces with a soft cloth and store them in a cool, dry place when not in use. For specific care instructions, please refer to the care guide provided on each product page on our website.
  • Can I customize a piece of jewellery? Is there after sales service?
We offer after-sales service for our jewellery. If you would like to make any alterations to your jewelry, including string replacement or other modifications, please contact us. Our team will be happy to assist you with your request. Simply contact our customer service info@fzeenboutique.com with the details of what you need, and we will provide the necessary support.
  • Do you offer any warranties on your jewellery?

We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all our jewelry. Upon purchasing, you will receive a document detailing care tips to help maintain the quality and longevity of your piece. As long as you follow these care instructions, if anything happens to the product within the warranty period, we will cover the repair costs.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Proof of Purchase: To claim the warranty, a proof of purchase is required.
Care Instructions: Key care tips include avoiding contact with water, chemicals, and storing the jewelry in a dry place.

  • How should the ceramic tea containers be cleaned and maintained?

The ceramics can be either machine washed or by washed by hand.

  • What are the main scent notes of candles in the ŌSME series?

The ŌSME series consists of four different scents, each with its own unique blend of main scent notes. These are designed to evoke the diverse natural landscapes and aromas of Greece. The main scent notes for each candle in the series are as follows:

    • KEFALONIA Candle: Bergamot | Lemon | Ylang-Ylang | Neroli | Cedarwood | Amber | Citrus Musk
    • ATHENS Candle: Sandalwood | Patchouli | Tonka Jasmine | Apple | Orange | Almond | Clove | Cedarwood

  • Are the cosmetic products of SŌMA series suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our cosmetic products are suitable for sensitive skin. Each product is made in Greece using natural ingredients, extracts, and essential oils that offer health benefits as well as a sensory journey. About 90% of the ingredients are of natural origin, ensuring that our products are gentle and nourishing for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Please be aware that our shampoos and body lotions contain a variety of ingredients. It is crucial for customers to review the ingredient list provided for each product to ensure there are no substances that may cause allergic reactions or irritation.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, we strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of your skin and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reactions.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept exchanges and refunds within 14 days after the receipt of the order, at the cost of the customer. The item will be inspected upon return, and as long as it is in the condition it was sent and labels are still attached, we will provide you with a refund or an exchange. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings. For more information, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

  • How can I return or exchange items?

Please email boutique@fzeenretreats.com with your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm. Send us the details of the company you will use for the return (at your own cost) and provide the tracking number so we can monitor its progress. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the item and, if everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.   • What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at boutique@fzeenretreats.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
